Description
Carpaccio was created in 1950 in the Italian city of Venice. Its name refers to the painter Vittore Carpaccio, whose works were marked by an intense red color. Carpaccio in its most popular version is made with the Lagarto beef cut and takes mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, white pepper, parmesan shavings and capers.
