The Dutch pie Miss Daisy da Sadia is made with a light thick and cold cream based on yolks, butter and sugar, with a smooth coating of milk, butter and chocolate. Not to mention the base of cookies dipped in milk chocolate, which also serve as decoration. A dessert with a creamy consistency to delight in! Despite its name, the Dutch pie is typically Brazilian. She was raised in a cafe, in the city of Campinas/SP, by a lover from Europe, who affectionately named her creation in reference to Holland, to immortalize the good times she lived there.
