Mini Pie Arosa Mil Folhas 100g
1 pack of Arosa Roasted Bases (Tartelete Milfolhas 25 units or Mini Tarttinha Milfolhas 27 units).
100 g of carpaccio;
100 g of capers;
1 lemon juice;
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard;
1 tablespoon of oil;
Salt and pepper;
Parmesan cheese chips;
Watercress (or thyme) leaves for garnish.
Preparation and Assembly:
Chop the capers and mix the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and olive oil;
Adjust seasonings and freeze for 15 minutes;
Place a spoon (coffee) of the caper sauce and a slice of carpaccio on the milleaf bases;
Garnish with Parmesan cheese shavings and watercress (or thyme) leaves. Serve.
