CHICKEN PIZZA WITH CATUPIRY SEARA

Pizza Seara de Frango com Catupiry is made with shredded Seara Chicken Breast without the use of hormones, as established by Brazilian legislation. This one gets even tastier with Catupiry topping and mozzarella cheese. The dough is fermented in a traditional way and baked in a stone oven, getting just right: soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Preparation mode:
Remove Pizza Seara from the packaging and keep at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes without removing the plastic wrap. After defrosting, heat the Pizza as follows:

Gas oven:
Preheat or oven at medium temperature (200°C) for 15 minutes;

Remove the plastic film that surrounds a Pizza Seara and place it in a bold shape;
Take it to the oven at 180°C and heat the Pizza for 15 to 17 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is crispy.

Electric oven:
Preheat or oven at medium temperature (200°C) for 15 minutes;

Remove the plastic film that surrounds a Pizza Seara and place it in a bold shape;
Take it to the oven at 180°C and heat the Pizza for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
