Description
The rump is soft and low in fat, making it ideal for steaks, stir-fries, roasts and stews. It is excellent on the barbecue, either on a skewer or in thick steaks on the grill. Avoid thin cuts as the meat can dry out. Also known as rump heart and rump center.
