Dark Hemmer Mustard 300g
Dark mustard is a typical ingredient of European cuisine processed in a stone mill. More specifically in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The condiment is prepared from the grains of the plant of the same name – they are ground and receive other ingredients to transform into the mustard we know in the tube. To produce it in Brazil, the beans need to be imported from Europe and Canada – they are native to the southern Mediterranean. The difference between dark mustard and yellow mustard is precisely in the grains, which are different.
